recommendation and implementation of replacement microwave alarm remote
terminal
units for
monitoring of microwave and ancillary equipment.

planning, design, and implementation of a Radio Access Control System
(RACS) for
mobile
radio control.
The study,
planning, design, and implementation of fiber optic, microwave, EMS,
SCADA, and
telemetry
systems.

Electrical
Engineer - 26 years Project responsibility to implement a new
state-of-the-art EMS
for
PacifiCorp Electric Operations. Project scope included preparation of a
planning report,
budget
preparation and presen¬tation, EMS specification prep¬aration, bid
evaluation, project
management,
project engineering, and EMS support equipment procurement. Support
equipment
included
items such as emergency generation, uninterruptible power supply,
dynamic mapboard, and
dispatch
consoles. In addition, responsibility included coordinating design and
construction of
a new
System Operations Control Center (SOCC) facility.
