Responsibility also included managing Network Services functions of
ordering, coordination, contract negotiations, and payment of common
carrier services.

Department. Managed professional staff of 30 who provided
estimating, budgeting, detailed design, and implementation of
microwave, fiber optic, SCADA, power line carrier, protective relaying
communications, wireless radio, voice, and video systems over seven
state service territory. Coordinated negotiations with PCS
providers on change out of microwave systems. Responsible for
FCC licensing of corporate microwave and mobile radio system.
