EMS (Energy Management System) computer systems in the areas of MMI (Man Machine Interface), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and system database and dispatch display maintenance.

Coordination between the Grid Operations Dispatch Office and communications, relaying, metering and substation engineering and field technical support personnel for the same areas.

February 2001 through March 2002:
Served as a Communications Specialist for the Utah Olympic Public Safety Command on a full time volunteer basis. Primary area of responsibility was to establish radio communications interoperability between the various law enforcement and public safety agencies supporting the 2002 Olympics at some 14 venue site UOPSC command centers.

July 1998 to February 2001:
Retired from PacifiCorp (Utah Power)

Corporate representative on several ongoing WSCC (Western States Coordinating Council) technical subcommittees and work groups.

March 1971 to April 1983:

Microwave radio and baseband equipment
Power line carrier equipment
(CCTV) closed circuit television
Supervisory control and SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition equipment).

Established a technical training program with mobile training facility for the corporate field communication technicians

Corporate representative on an ongoing WSCC communications work group.

Lead engineer for the technical support engineers within the Utah Power Communications Maintenance group.

July 1969 to February 1971:
CCTV design and production engineer for the EDO Western Corporation.

Broadcast engineer for the Weber County (Utah) School District and full time student at Weber State College (University).
